A new conspiracy theory...

Was watching the news yesterday on the rising Dengue cases in Singapore and this question came to my mind.. "Do you think the recent outburst of Dengue is caused by terrorist?"

Well, we might never know.. Perhaps they have found a weakness in Singapore which is accumulation of stagnant waters.. all they need to do is inoculate the infected Aedes pupa and spread spread it goes. Our hospitals resources are crippled because of this and if this is not tackled in time, would lead to repercussions in our economy.. and this new strain is resistant to the ones we've grown immune to.. even fogging doesn't help.. God Help Us All!

And today's Monday, time for blogging..

Got to work as usual in great anticipation and I gotta make the most of Today... coz tomorrow I'll be attending a 5-day intensive ISO Lead Auditor Course! But early this am the phone "died" suddenly and I called the Security to help fix this. Actually when the phone gets spolit, would the first thought be "Security"? I would have looked out for the Admin-Estate folks, but our Security guys here handled many other non-security stuff.. and multitasking is in their vocabulary..

I thought changing one phone would have solved the problem - but in the end, the phones were changed three times and so did the colour: from the original black to grey to finally white! FYI: my new phone goes by the brand name of "BIA"!

Yesterday I learnt the power of "Linking"...

Linking can come in many ways, such as a simple URL link to that of being linked to someone of prominence. You'll never expect what the outcome of this power when this is manifested.. It's a small-world effect, in which apparently unrelated people turn out to have friends in common.. and some have very powerful friends indeed..

I'm keeping my fingers crossed to see how the outcome will turn out..

I really wanted to say that Blogging can be quite an addiction at times.

It's therapeutic and sometimes serves as a time-filler. It makes you look busy at work and at the same time allow for self-reflection. I must say: nowadays we seldom do self-reflection because of our hectic lifestyles. And because of Blogging, you get really conscious of the content you're gonna publish and who's gonna read it...

Today's a little unusual..

First i missed the school bus and then when i finally got to the college, i found i was unable to start my computer because the power supply was cut off and this affected a few of the users. So I took a longer than usual time to fill my water at the pantry, smsed the AVT people and called the security. Within 5 mins, everything is back to normal.
